I’ve spent the majority of my life being a runner, and have experimented in all race distances from early track days, to even running impromptu ultra marathons. Presently I am training to race all distances, but specifically to lower my half marathon personal best of 1:07, and full marathon of 2:26.

I’ve always been a superfan and student of the sport, ever since I started, and have been absorbing any training material and insight from coaches and athletes around the sport and aim to work with you to apply these learnings to find the path towards your goals together.

Outside of running, my wife and I have two pups that rule the house. I also love following my other favorite sports of baseball & cycling.

I began running in junior high, but I'd never run more than 5 consecutive miles until I was 31 years old. Four years later, I ran my first marathon. Since then, I've completed the Boston Marathon 10 consecutive times and set a marathon PR of 3:01:22. I believe that if you have the desire, the work ethic, and an experienced coach who is fully invested in your progress, it's never too late to work toward something BIG.

I began coaching runners in 2014, and have worked with amazing people of all ability levels. I've honed a special creativity for helping people get the most out of their training when time and energy is limited due to life/work/family obligations. Together, we can forge a plan for attaining personal goals that will instill such confidence in your capabilities that you won't even recognize the previous version of you who wondered if it was even possible. It IS possible!

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! My journey with running started as a way to get in shape for volleyball in high school. Turns out I was much better at running than volleyball, so I joined the XC and track teams. A few years later, my dad passed away, and that’s when running became a true passion of mine.

I ran XC at Hanover College where I majored in Kinesiology. I experienced some success there, but I wanted more. In April 2021, I was finally convinced to run my first marathon in Carmel, IN.  My desire turned to dedication. I started training with Jeff and in April 2023, I had the privilege of winning the BPN Go One More Marathon. In April 2024, I returned to the Carmel Marathon to seek revenge and finished with a time of 2:56.

That first marathon gave me an itch to try my hand at ultra running. I have done a 50-miler in Moab, an 8-hour race, and three 50k’s. I have placed first for women in 3 of these 5 ultras. If you are hungry to become stronger, gain a mental edge and find your true potential, come train with me!

While I’m currently a more serious runner, I’ve been running in some form or fashion for over 15 years now. From my cross country roots to a member of The Most Informal Running Club Ever to now at Bat City Track Club, I’ve tried it all! Whatever your goals are, I can support them. I currently have personal bests of 2:46 in the marathon and 1:19 in the half marathon.

When I’m not running I enjoy long walks with my dog Petey, bugging my Husband about buying goats (and other livestock) and trying other athletic activities!

I started running in junior high school after following in my brother and sisters footsteps. After stumbling and failing my first few years, I finally started to dedicate myself and found my stride and to earn a scholarship to run at Texas State University. While at Texas State I ran cross country, the 5k and the steeplechase; I earned all conference honors and hold the school record in the steeplechase. Now I am focused on running half marathons and marathons and hold personal bests of 1:05.55 and 2:18.15 respectively.

After college,I started teaching and coaching at San Marcos High School, where I coached for 10 years helping runners as young as 12 years old get introduced to the sport. I worked with runners that qualified for the state cross country and track meets; runners that have gone to run in college and have coached adult runners in all events from the mile to the marathon.

In the offseason I love to travel to state and national parks with my wife and we enjoy going on hikes and camping.

I started running competitively in 1986 when I was 8 years old and immediately fell in love with running and competing. I ran through high school and earned a scholarship at a DI University. where I left with two school records in the 1500m and DMR.  After having my kids and continuing to run for fun, I found coaching. I started coaching high school cross country and track in '03 and have been coaching at some level ever since. I’ve written training programs for running stores, put on all-comer track meets, coached advanced marathon training groups, wrote curriculum for coaches, and found so much happiness in helping others succeed.

Along the way, I realized I found more satisfaction in coaching than I ever did in running for myself.  I’ve coached all ages, all backgrounds, and whether it was the 4x100m relay, a high school cross country runner, a marathoner, a triathlete, an ultra-marathoner, etc. the formula for coaching is the same for me. Listen to and learn from athletes, work together, and build a program that prepares them for what they will go
through on race day, so they succeed and achieve their goal.

Casey's love for running began on the high school track, where she raced the 400m and qualified for state championships—laying the foundation for a lifelong passion that would evolve into her coaching career. While earning her degree in Landscape Architecture & Design, she continued to run finishing her first marathon during grad school in 2013. Since then, she's shaved nearly an hour off her time, earning an impressive 3:06:03 at her fifth Boston Marathon in 2025. Her curiosity and drive led her beyond the roads into the world of ultra running. In 2020, she placed 3rd in her first 50k trail race and went on to conquer 100-mile races like the Javelina Jundred and UTMB Andorra.

In 2018, Casey became a RRCA Certified Running Coach and CF-L1 Coach. With over 24 marathons and over a dozen ultras under her belt, her coaching philosophy centers on building strong, resilient athletes. She empowers runners to break through physical and mental barriers, guiding them to become confident, capable endurance athletes—from their first road marathon to the most grueling mountain ultra.
